The working principle and structure of the battery

Working principle The working principle of the
laptop battery is generally 2 and 3 strings, that is, 2 in parallel, and then 3 groups of 2 batteries in parallel are connected in series to form, sometimes also called 6 cores, there are 6 batteries meaning, there are super The thin battery uses 4 cores, and the thicker battery uses 8 cores. Their working principle is the same. The more cells, the longer the standby time.
Internal structure The internal structure of a
laptop battery consists of three major components: a battery cell, a charge and discharge control circuit board, and a temperature feedback line. The battery cell is the energy center of the battery. It is responsible for numerous charge and discharge operations. The circuit board is used to control the charge and discharge of the battery. The battery is allowed to charge when the battery is depleted, and the charge is cut off when the battery is fully charged. Due to the large capacity of laptop batteries, the interior undergoes a violent chemical reaction during use. Therefore, for reasons of safety, the temperature of the battery core must be strictly controlled. The temperature feedback line plays an important role here. When the temperature exceeds a certain level, it can be immediately cut off by sending it through the temperature feedback line to the circuit board.
